Frequently Asked Questions
Are you in-network with my insurance?
We’re in-network with Aetna, Ameritas, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Humana, Sun Life, United Concordia Dental and UnitedHealthcare. Benefits differ between plans from the same carrier, so call or text us with your member ID and we’ll confirm your child’s coverage.
Can I join the membership plan if I have insurance?
Yes. The plan is open to families without dental insurance or to families with an insurance that we are out-of-network with. Call our office to learn more about the in house membership plan and if you qualify!
Can I use Cherry together with insurance or the membership?
Cherry can cover the balance left after your insurance or membership savings, split into monthly payments.
Does checking my Cherry options affect my credit score?
No. Cherry uses a soft credit check to show your payment options, so checking them doesn’t affect your credit score. Plan length, approval amount and promotional rates depend on eligibility.
